With over 125,000 employees spread across 35+ countries they are currently looking for a technically strong professional to join their Business Transformation team.

Job Description:

Reporting into the quality lead, you would be responsible for driving six sigma and re-engineering consulting across organization and drive frameworks, methodologies and projects.

You would also be responsible for:

- Leading a team and work closely with key stakeholders to assess demand across businesses.

- Conduct and execute six sigma and re-engineering projects across locations.

- Provide strategic direction to the team on all aspects of the business.

The Successful Applicant

- You should be Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt with 4+ years of relevant post qualification experience

- Prior experience of leading six sigma & re-engineering consulting in a Banking/BPO space is a must

- You should be open for international travel

- In addition you should have exemplary communication and team management skills and you should be open to travel
