Hiring for Quality Professional-Female candidate for one of the reputed MNC.

- BB certified or MBB Certified.

- Good exposure to process improvement, Change Management, Business Transformation,

- Preferred domain is FA, BFSI, HRO, Healthcare.

Position Summary: The position is responsible for independently developing the Continuous Improvement roadmap for multiple LoBs, working closely with Senior Leadership. 


- The Master Black Belt supports aligned business's with Opportunity Identification, development of Quality DNA, and mentoring Black Belts driving improvement projects. 


- The MBB also manages the project portfolio and ensures timely and effective execution to drive business results. The position leads high impact projects with an organization-wide impact, as well as develop newer avenue's to partner with stakeholders both offshore and onshore, to drive end-to-end initiatives.

Responsibility:

- Work closely with Senior Leadership to develop Continuous Improvement roadmap for Multiple stakeholders and LoB. Translate business priorities into tactical initiatives to drive results.

- Manage a portfolio of multiple projects independently, and mentor Black Belts, as well as project leaders, align objectives with organizational priorities.

- Lead High impact initiatives with a cross-functional/cross-geography scope.

- Develop and execute on a plan to improve Quality DNA across the organization, with training, R&R, and events.

- Effectively communicate to, sync up with, and generate buy-ins from, stakeholders onshore as well as offshore, on various initiatives aimed at improving business results for their processes.
