Job Profile:
- Design the Strategic road map for the organization, drive customer focus & process excellence culture, achieve breakthrough improvements in Revenue enhancement, Cost reduction and enhance Customer Experience
- Implement Change Management Plan and work closely with the respective Stakeholder's to roll-out the streamlined / improved / re-designed Business Processes.
- Standardize/ Streamline / re-design the identified Critical Business Processes & automate them to drive Operational Excellence.
- Use appropriate techniques / tools (eg, Design For Six Sigma, Lean, Business Excellence Models, etc) and approaches (eg, Simulation, time and motion studies, design of experiments, market surveys / focus groups, etc) to make the necessary improvements in the identified Critical Business Processes.
- Facilitate Cost reduction initiatives by supporting & guiding project leaders.
- Financial impact through cost savings from various TQM projects.
- Track Before & After performance of the rolled-out Processes.
Desired Profile:
- 12 - 18yrs of experience in handling Process quality for Electronics/Consumer Durable goods/IT-Hardware/Office automation products is required.
- B E or MBA from Premier institute is preferred.
