We have an opening for Quality Manager-Insurance Sales Process for Mumbai location

Job Profile:

- Ensuring the Quality team meets its targets in terms of the number of calls to be monitored and the quality scores.

- Constantly strive to imbibe and percolate the clients vision of creating a learning organization.

- Actively participate in client initiated process improvement projects

- Represent the Unit in various forums including client calls and best practice sharing endeavours.

- Handling customer complaints & escalations

- Daily / weekly / monthly sending of MIS to respective management/client teams

- Taking up refresher trainings / one on one coaching where required.

- Ensuring all the COPC requirements in terms of Quality monitoring / feedbacks / signoffs are met.

- Ensure that the unit is adequately capacities to monitor the team through monthly review of cap plans.

- Undertaking special projects based on business requirements on quality / process improvements.

- Deliver consistently on all SLAs/metrics

- Continuously monitor team members so as to shorten their learning curve

- Keep the team motivated at all times and ensure quality parameters are met on a continuous basis.

- Coordinate with various unit and operation heads to understand their requirements and constraints and deliver the results operating within those constraints and timelines

- Excellent co-ordination skills & strong aptitude for problem solving and analysis

- Propagation of errors

- Planning and Time Management

- Superior analytical ability with ability to quickly grasp diverse systems and software

- Ability to liaise with different teams with diverse requirements and deliver keeping their operational constraints in mind.
