Quality Manager - Textile/Retail Industry

- Oversee the quality assurance process for kids apparel and footwear, ensuring adherence to company standards.

- Collaborate with vendors and internal teams to resolve quality-related issues quickly and effectively.

- Implement and monitor quality control processes from sampling to final product inspection.

- Address customer feedback regarding product quality and take necessary corrective actions.

- Work closely with sourcing, production, and design teams to maintain consistent quality in all product lines.

- Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards specific to children's apparel and footwear.

- Provide guidance and training to internal teams and vendors on quality expectations and best practices.

- Develop and maintain SOP's for quality control across all product categories.

- Should work on quality for both (Private label as well as 3rd party label)
