Quality Manager - Mfg/Plant

Purpose:

- You will be focusing on implementing and facilitating our Production System which is based on Lean and Six Sigma terminologies and tools.

- This role is a key enabler for making production launch towards Global Emerging Markings successful. The drive and enthusiasm of the Lean Manager will motivate and encourage an improvement driven factory culture at our plant location.

Job Description:

- Leading on implementing a Lean based production system in our green field plant

- Leading role in problem management, project coaching/mentoring and training

- Implement shop floor management systems for staffing, planning and visual management

- Teaching and training others on Problem Solving, Company infrastructure and Lean Thinking through an approach of learning-by-doing (training combined with hands-on improvement)

- Supporting plant project manager and plant director in project management, prioritizing initiatives and organization establishment.

- Driving the plants lean roadmap in alignment with the global direction and work closely together with the global lean team

Job / Candidate Specification:

- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field

- Experience in Lean associated work or processes in manufacturing and implemented Lean from scratch.

- In-depth understanding and demonstrated experience in one of the following: software engineering, manufacturing, mechanical and industrial engineering.
