Job Description:
- Ensure Process adherence across organisation as per EXL defined processes.
- Trainings to team members.
- New quality initiatives and projects
- Maintain the SIP register
- Develop, support and implement delivery practices to meet business objective
- To maintain ITIL service management processes
- Train onsite delivery team on the defined processes
- Develop and implement quality plan for services throughout the project life cycle
- Ensure adherence to the implemented quality and service delivery practices
- Review quality plan and service delivery performance metrics and plan for continual improvement
- Conduct regular, planned review and audit for ensuring adherence of defined delivery processes
- Reports are published on identified gaps with corrective and preventive actions
- Evaluate best practices for adoption
- Drive performance improvement programs through six sigma tools
- Define and rollout Balance Score Card for the engagement
- Champion service excellence program to improve customer perception points at all levels
- Ensure compliance customer security policies
- Ensure customer review on all quality parameters
- Experience in ITIL, Six Sigma Certification and ISO 20000 is mandatory.
