Quality Manager - IT

- Design and Implement the ITIL V3 Processes end to end for Projects .

- Drive Efficiency and effectiveness of the QMS to improve process maturity Plan.

- Conduct and updated periodic internal audits and findings for the projects based on ISO 9K and 20K Standards .

- Ensure compliance to QMS and ISO Standards to ensure no Major non-conformances Monitor, Track, An analyze and publish the audit trend reports for timely closure Plan and Conduct the Regional Reviews Meetings (RRMs) as per the agenda and timelines Monitor, Track, Report and e scalate on the RRM action points for timely closure

- Responsible for collating,analyzing and presenting the project and regional performance data for Quality Improvement Councils Active involvement and participation in Quality Improvement Councils (QICs) Drive ITIL V3 Trainings and ITIL V3 Assessment at the Regions Undertake SIPs to improve the proces s adherence, maturity and overall effectiveness as per the targets at Project and Regional Level

Skills and Job Requirements

- Must have a sound knowledge and experience on ITIL V3 Processes Must have sound experience in the design and implementation of the ITIL V3 Processes

- Must have a sound knowledge and experience on ISO 20K Processes

- Must have experience in the design and implementation of the ISO 20K Processes , KPIs and measurement criteria Good ability to align Quality Goals and Objectives to the Business Goals
