Quality Manager - GB & BB

Looking for Green Belt Certified for Hyderabad Location where the CTC is up to 12-14 Lakhs & for Chennai - Looking for Black Belt Certified

Education : Post Graduate in Finance.

Roles and Responsibilities :

- Continuously monitor the operations performance

- Identify the key factors which will have impact on SLAs by way of regression and continuously monitor the same by way of control charts

- Monitoring the team's Capacity utilization and help them in load leveling

- Analyze and help the team to bridge the gap if any issues in meeting the SLAs

- Identify the failure mode involved in the processes and help them to mitigate the risk through RCCA, FMEA SWOT/PEST analysis.

Productivity & Efficiency enhancements (Cost to serve savings) :

- Define, classify and evaluate qualitative and quantitative data

- Perform the yield analysis to identify the processes where there is a dip in productivity

- Apply Lean techniques to reduce cycle time, wait time and increase productivity

- Help the operations team to reduce their cost by looking at the various levers of span, seat utilization, FTE releases, transport cost, technology costs etc

Continuous Improvement -

- Encourage the teams to contribute ideas for improving the processes by guiding them with quality initiatives and mentor quality projects using Six sigma and lean methodologies

- Develop a control plan for ensuring the ongoing success of the improved process including the transfer of responsibility from the project team to the process owner
