Quality Manager - Finance & Accounts - BPO

Hiring for a leading BPO for Quality Manager-F&A Bangalore.

May have to sign a Service Agreement of 1 Year.

Experience required in Quality F&A : 5+ Years

Job Description :

- Certified Black Belt.

- Good in six sigma, lean sigma projects.

- Hands on experience in driving improvement projects in BPO F&A space is mandatory.

- Should have expert understanding of F&A processes.

- Knowledge of Oracle ERP Knowledge.

- Excellent project management skills.

- Should have keen eye for detail

- Ability to develop and maintain vendor / client relationships and coordinate with other stakeholders.

- Implement process improvements Reviewing and Monitoring process accuracy on a periodic basis.

- Periodic client reporting and conducting quality audits.

- Lead and mentor the team

- Should be comfortable working in night shifts.
