JD for Delivery Manager - F&A

- Drive Continuous Improvement Program across multiple Finance & Accounting processes

- Analysis of utilization, efficiency & availability data for large teams

- Undertake detailed process improvement studies as required across multiple F&A processes to identify opportunities for improved productivity.

- Good understanding of Finance & Accounting processes and specially in P2P

- Identify and lead high impact projects involving multiple stakeholders.

- Drive Lean to identify waste in process

- Mentor Black Belt/ Green Belt / Yellow Belt projects

- Drive culture of continuous improvement

Mandatory criteria:

- Black belt certification and expertises in any of the F&A towers (P2P)

- US Shift timing

Others

- Provide quality support to transitions – Development of metrics & dashboards in line with customer requirements, FMEA, review process documentation.

- Support Voice of customer & audit programs.

- Participate in client visits

Skill required

- Strong communication skill

- Strong analytical skill- ability to work with huge volume of data using statistical tools

- Excellent knowledge of Six Sigma & Lean methodology

- Good facilitation skill

Desirable requirements:

- Flexible approach to tackling projects

- Good Team player

- Good Presentation skills.

Qualification

- Bachelor degree preferably in commerce

- Certified black belt

- Demonstrated success in Project Management.

- Exposure to different improvement frameworks like six sigma, Lean is must.

- Thorough knowledge of Microsoft office tools like PowerPoint, Project, Excel are critical for the job
