Quality Management/Control - Black Belt

- Post Graduate (Engineers and MBAs preferred)

- Should have overall 8 -12 years of experience of which at least 3 - 5 years should have been in Quality Management / Production Planning and Control function

- Master Black Belt / Senior Black Belts preferred

- Familiarity with ISO and/or LEAN methodology.

- Exposure to Industrial Engineering and / or Operations Research practices

- Should have experience in managing teams

- Knowledge of Statistical software like Minitab, JMP, Sysstat. etc

- Coaching, mentoring & training experience
