Quality Leader - Packaging industry

This Position is accountable to ensure quality products are being manufactured to meet or exceed customer expectations.Quality Leader will also drive to continuously improve the manufacturing process to eliminate waste, improve safety, reduce cost, increase capacity and productivity, and improve the end product.

- Ability to analyze and use data to drive process improvements. Work experience on software like Minitab etc.

Preferred Experience & Knowledge:

- 15-20 Years of Experience in Polymer Processing, Compounding and Leading Quality & New Product

- Development Functions in medium to large sized Polymer Processing Industries.

- Six Sigma or lean manufacturing experience

- Familiar with ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and IS0 45001 quality systems

- ASQ certification

- Certified Quality Engineer (CQE)
