Experience ( Minimum):

- Minimum 5 years in Black Belt, Master Black Belt role & Total 12 years of Experience.

- Strong functional knowledge of Quality & Process Excellence

Experience( Maximum): 15 years of Experience

Job Description:

- Facilitate Customer Experience Management through structured Intervention.

- Institutionalize Process Excellence culture

- Enhance Process Maturity & Standardization across accounts.

- Build a team of Black Belt with appropriate domain & technology competencies.

- Create metrics, data driven & analytics culture.

- Help in building Quality brand map through advisor, analyst connect & external forum participation

- Develop best practices & benchmark for domain.

- Deploy process/ business optimization & innovation tools & application across account.
