Financial Shared Services- Quality Lead ( Leading Logistics MNC )
Timing: 4:00PM to 1:00 AM
- Process Management: Conduct daily audits of 10% of the volumes for each relevant process. Monitor the quality Key Performance Indicators for all processes falling within the Financial Shared Services (FSS) purview, including Procure-to-Pay, Order-to-Cash, and Reporting. Ensure timely reporting of these KPIs to the leadership team.
- Quality Management:Enhance site-level quality performance by spearheading Root Cause Analyses and Action Plans to rectify recurring errors. Maintain up-to-date process documentation and share it regularly with the respective teams.
- Team Management:Regular performance review with the team members against set KPI's and providing constructive feedback regularly.
- Stakeholder Management: Establish regular communication with FSS leaders and managers to review quality matrices.
- Process Improvement: Conduct periodic process assessments to identify gaps and proactively collaborate with internal teams to implement effective controls and achieve process enhancements.
- Continuous Learning and Professional Development: Identifying training needs of the team members across the site and creating training plans to mitigate gaps
- Reporting: Manage the reporting of various quality analyses required by leadership teams.
Must Have:
- At least 10 years of experience in working in various Finance domains (P2P and OTC) team.
- At least 4+ years related experience in quality roles and team handling roles.
- Bachelors/PG in accounting or Finance or Commerce
- Key Technical skillset: Advance Knowledge of MS Office
- Behavioral skillsets: Ability to independently front end with Senior Stakeholder, good articulation and presentation
