We have an opportunity for Head Quality for one of our client , which provides revenue management and business assurance solutions for financial institutions and digital and communications services providers.
Job Description:
Quality Program Management:
- Formulating process improvement plans & aligning existing targets of organizations vision and mission.
- Handling quality assurance resource planning, devising and implementing policies /procedures, assessing cost reduction potential , reduce wastes, also managing all internal as well as external stakeholders, Program cost estimation, tracking and control.
- Can handle process improvement program based on standard and non-standard based approach.
- Providing regular oversight to the management on process improvement programs.
- Plan and conduct Internal audits, Management Reviews based on QMS and ISMS.
- Responsible for driving process compliance, delivery excellence, customer centricity, continuous improvements, product quality initiatives, audits and assessments
Business Process Management:
- Identifying improvement methodologies develop business case and deploying industry recognized best practices tailored to the needs of the organization to achieve operational excellence and continual process improvement, managing process documentation library and incorporating recommended modifications to existing processes to minimize business risks, escalations, realize operational efficiencies, improved productivity, control variability, costs and reduce cycle-time.
- Radically designing business processes for dramatic business situations & strategic demands, also identifying capacity limitation, bottlenecks and process non-conformities for taking corrective and preventive actions.
- Realizing process improvements by applying suitable tools & techniques to enhance productivity & profitability.
Quality Assurance:
- Supported several Software and Systems engineering projects as a quality assurance engineer thereby guiding projects towards achieving CTQ requirements specified by customers.
- Has achieved product quality goals through process deployment and tailoring organizations standard processes.
- Well versed in managing QA activities for projects adopting SDLC, Agile, and Deployed several tools within projects.
- Gathered and analyzed Metric data to measure KPI parameters against organizations SPI goals.
ISO 9001 Implementation, vendor Assessment and monitoring, inward quality assurance , statistical process control and TPM ( Total Productive Maintenance ) Implementation
Process institutionalization:
- Creating employee awareness for driving process improvement strategy, focused on core competency development, thereby ensuring maximum operational efficiency.
- Design and delivery of customized trainings based on organizations standard processes, ISO 9001, CMMI.
- Developed internal quality auditors and assessors for various standards and models.
Desired Skills:
- Must have 18 - 20 years of experience in Strategic Planning Quality Management, Program Management and implementing quality processes across multiple verticals and service lines.
- A keen planner & implementer having gained comprehensive experience in numerous structured process improvement projects based on international standards like ISO 9001, AS 9100, ISO 27001, and models such as CMMI DEV, Agile and Six Sigma aimed at achieving operational excellence and Customer Satisfaction.
- Trained on CMMi Lead Appraiser. Trained on ISO Lead Implementer is an extra advantage.
- Demonstrated Leadership & Organizational Change Agent capabilities, delivering business results, improving business processes, and to improve quality and reliability of products and services while reducing risks, increase simplicity and enabling scalable growth
