About the client :

Our client is a fast growing firm with a strong focus on Banking Products.

Responsibilities :

- The role will be responsible for heading Quality and will ensure that all projects within business unit comply with requisite processes and tools.

- This is a leadership role and the incumbent is expected to provide insights to COO / CEO on business unit performance with respect to delivery and process goals. This role works very closely with the Business Heads as well.

- 20+ yrs of total experience with excellent academic qualifications

- Prior experience of having worked in a Banking Product firm is desirable

- Must have experience of managing Quality Systems in general and software quality in particular for a large IT Product organization

- Experience of spearheading multiple & complex Testing programs, Test Environment Setup, Test Planning and Verification, Scripting and Execution of the Test Cases as well as maintenance & reviewing to ensure that applications developed are compliant with pre-set technical specifications.

- Prior experience of having worked in a leadership Quality role in a Product firm

- Hands-on approach and strong execution skills

- Be hard-working and diligent, discipline to convert strategy into action
