About The Role
We are looking for seasoned Mid-level managers for QCI's Project Planning & Implementation Division with about 10-15 years of experience in Project Management, Operations, Consulting, and Marketing. The role reports directly to senior executives in QCI. The role is based in Delhi.
Role & Responsibilities:
- Oversee and guide Project Managers in the execution of a project or cluster of projects with a focus on quality of work, timely delivery, adherence to scope and final report and analyses
- Help in proposal formulation, division's expansion in new avenues and pitch the ideas to clients in various sectors
- Oversee and advise on division's income and expenditure and report to QCI's Senior management regularly
- Stakeholder and Relationship management specifically with clients, vendors, experts
- Provide recommendations and updates to Senior Management
- Guide and mentor PPID's young professionals
Requirements:
- About 10 years or more of work experience in consulting, project management, operations, or marketing with reputed organizations
- Excellent written, verbal communication and presentation skills
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Quality, Analytics & Finance related skillset/certification/tools & knowhow will be a plus
- Experience in leading large and diverse teams
- Excellent interpersonal skills for working cross-functionally with stakeholders
- Demonstrated experience in strategic planning and business implementation at scale
- Ability to understand and lead multi sectoral work
