About our Client - Our client is an International food retail chain which operates over 1,000 restaurants across five continents. Globally, they are well known for their product, innovative flavors and excellent customer service. Currently, they are looking to expand their presence in the India market, and are looking at hiring their central management team. For the same, they are looking at hiring a Quality and Compliance Manager, based out of their corporate office in Delhi NCR.

Job Description - Reporting to the Head of Operations, you will be responsible for:

- Ensuring the quality management, audit policies and processes are communicated and implemented in all restaurants

- Implement the key performance indicators relating to quality systems in order to facilitate measurement, evaluation and improvement of quality systems

- Execute internal and external audit protocols to ensure that planned activities are implemented and improvement opportunities are identified in terms of restaurants & suppliers

- Manage the relationship and SLA with external audit suppliers

- Oversee the investigation and resolution of quality and Food Safety Consumer Complaints

- Analyze, interpret and report on all findings from both the internal and external audits to identify trends, opportunities, risks and training needs

- Work with L&D in developing and facilitating quality system and audit training programmes to ensure staff awareness of requirements and improve capability in meeting those requirements

- Manage the quality assurance conformance of all incoming products to ensure all products meet product specifications and food safety standards including cold chain supply integrity

- Monitor product quality and handling at the 3rd party logistics through scheduled audits

- Be up to date on all current National and regional food regulations provide updates on any changes.

The Successful Candidate - You should have 5-7 years of experience with a degree in Food Science/technology overseeing the implementation of audit and quality management systems with at least 2 years of team management experience. You should have strong knowledge of audit procedures, document management and control. The client is looking for someone with an eye for detail and accuracy with excellent written and communication skills. You should be willing to travel both domestic and internationally.
