Quality Assurance Role - Industrial Products

Quality Assuarance

- Document internal/external audits and other quality assurance activities.

- Root cause analysis for customer complaints and non-conformance issues.

- Collect and compile statistical quality data and calculate standard deviation.

- Analyze data to identify areas for improvement in the quality system.

- Develop, recommend and monitor corrective and preventive actions for internal and external complains after joint discussion with process owners.

- Approves in-process production, finished products by confirming specifications; conducting visual and measurement tests; communicating required adjustments to production supervisor.

- Approves all incoming materials by confirming specifications; conducting visual and measurement tests; rejecting and returning unacceptable materials.

- Establish and perform supplier audit plan to lead them in quality and ensure they can supply product within specifications.

- Make Supplier quality monthly report, quarterly report and have plan to evaluate supplier in quality and delivery performance.

- Build plan to develop supplier, work with Engineering and Purchasing to develop new supplier.
