Quality Assurance/Quality Control Manager

Responsibilities:

Quality Management:

- Develop and implement comprehensive QA/QC procedures and protocols aligned with industry standards, building codes, and project specifications.

- Conduct regular inspections and audits of construction activities, materials, and installations, identifying potential non-conformances and recommending corrective actions.

- Review design drawings, specifications, and construction documents to proactively identify areas for improvement and enhance quality control.

Collaboration & Communication:

- Collaborate effectively with project managers, architects, engineers, subcontractors, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless communication and timely resolution of quality-related issues.

- Facilitate and coordinate third-party inspections and testing as required by project specifications.

- Monitor and track key QA/QC metrics, prepare detailed reports, and communicate findings to project stakeholders.

Training & Client Satisfaction:

- Provide training and guidance to project teams on QA/QC procedures, best practices, and safety protocols.

- Participate actively in project meetings, site visits, and client presentations to address quality concerns and ensure client satisfaction.

- Collaborate with the Pan-India Project Manager and travel to project locations based on requirements.

Qualifications:

- Minimum 4+ years of experience as a Quality Assurance/Quality Control Inspector in the construction industry.

- Strong working knowledge of building codes, construction regulations, and industry best practices.

- Proven ability to develop, implement, and manage QA/QC programs.

- Experience in conducting inspections, audits, and quality assessments.

- Excellent analytical skills with a keen eye for detail and a strong commitment to quality.

- Effective communication, interpersonal, and collaboration skills to work effectively with diverse teams.

- Ability to work independently while also collaborating effectively in a team environment. (Optional) Certification in Quality Management (e., CQM, CMQ/OE) a plus
