ABOUT THE ORGANIZATION

- Leading MNC in health care drinks

LOCATION - Gurgaon

JOB PURPOSE

- Implement Quality management systems, procedures and standards which enable the site to achieve regulatory compliance, retain ISO9000:2000 accreditation, implement HACCP and maintain Good Manufacturing Practices throughout its operation.

- Provide support to establish robust Quality systems and operating procedures in respect of analysis, product release, quarantines and process validation which assure the integrity of the final product at all stages in its manufacture.

- New Quality metrics at External Supply sites

- Ensure monitoring of Quality KPIs in line with global quality KPIs

- Provide support to establish robust Quality systems and operating procedures in respect of analysis, product release, quarantines and process validation which assure the integrity of the final product at all stages in its manufacture.

- Provide technical support for all External manufacturing activities in the form of analytical testing and process support.

- Provide support for exports arising out of External Supply sites within and outside the Indian Sub-continent
Key contact for Supplier Quality Shared Service activities from External supply network.

EXPERIENCE - FMCG/ FOOD INDUSTRY ONLY

- At least 7 Years of relevant experience with reputed brand names

- Graduate in Daily Technology/Food Technology with Experience in Quality/ Manufacturing function at Management level

- Excellent inter personal skills

KEY EXPERIENCE

- QMS implementation

- Exposure of handling external sites

- Risk management for factory sites
