Immediate opening for Quality Analyst with 4 yrs of experience for an MNC BPO in chennai.

JOB DESCRIPTION FOR QUALITY ANALYST-FSSC

Academic Qualification:

M.Com or MBA in Finance or Accounts.

Professional Certifications:

Candidate should be a Six Sigma Green Belt Certified.

Work Experience:

Candidate should have minimum of

- 3 Years experience in F & A,

- 2 Years of work experience in the field of Quality

- Completed LEAN, Six Sigma Yellow Belt, Green belt Projects

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Perform Quality Check for the process

- Provide appropriate feedback and ensure performance improvement

- Set up & drive MIS activity - including creating templates, collecting data, publishing reports, high level analysis for low performing metrics, maintaining & conducting metric reviews on monthly basis, publishing daily sigma scores, maintaining visual dashboards, configuration management etc

- Create Quality Awareness - including orientation, display of posters etc

- Conduct trainings on Quality Concepts like Quality awareness, Kaizen, LEAN, Six Sigma Yellow Belt

- Drive and perform Process Improvement Projects

- Perform and publish Time and Motion study results for all activities to facilitate capacity planning

- Support team on eSCM & SOP Audits,

- Support Small Group initiatives

Essential Skill Sets :

- Flair for implementation of Quality concepts

- Thorough knowledge on LEAN concepts and 7 QC tools with analytical skills

- Strong knowledge on Process Domain

- Strong understanding of eSCM framework

- Expert knowledge on Six Sigma methodologies

- Excellent training skills

- Capable of providing constructive and positive feedbacks

- Strong communication and presentation skills

- People Management skills

- Proactive and Innovative

- Change management skills

Desired Skill Sets :

- Application knowledge of SAP would be an added advantage
