Required Skills :

- Excellent communication skills both verbal and written

- Experience of doing Sales in IT services

- Good industry contacts and experience in lead generation - online / offline

- Ability to guide the team for online research to generate leads

- Complete understanding of sales cycle

- Extremely positive attitude

- Team player

- Able to work independently and produce results

- Knowledge on some standard CRM tool

- Experience in making a sales pitch and presentations to clients

- Good to have - experience of selling to start-ups and small IT enabled businesses

Responsibilities :

- Support online research to generate leads

- Develop prospects and opportunities from the leads

- Make calls to identified prospects on an ongoing basis

- Plan and conduct client meetings

- Support management in sales planning

- Represent the firm at events

Education :

- Preferably MBA
