Qualitative Research Role - KPO

- Planning and execution of qualitative projects through the entire life cycle

- Development of strong and captivating proposals to meet client needs, based on short research briefs and/or elaborate RFPs; including assisting with costing structure, methodological design, analytical framework, etc

- Designing questionnaires/interview guides to meet the specific or unique client objectives

- Creating stories from data, helping the client to understand and visualize the insights in the form of presentation, while supplying Excel dashboards with a raw data as a additional tool.

- Analyzing the data file using Excel, SPSS, Tableau

- Working on and delivering assignments independently, especially projects received from senior stakeholders to ensure client delight.

- Conducting qualitative research on a variety of areas and prepare standard or custom reports.

- Consulting (Focus Group, IDI's, CATI, CAWI, CAPI, Data Collection, Questionnaire Design, Online Survey, Online panel management, Analysis)

- Providing the team with thought leadership, project ideation and execution, quality control, bandwidth allocation and prioritization.
