Talent Intelligence Lead, Strategic Workforce Planning : Qualcomm's Strategic Workforce Planning team is an HR Center of Expertise that focuses on providing workforce planning, competitive intelligence and talent analytics capabilities to help our executive leaders plan their future state workforce design and roadmap. Our mission is to help provide a holistic view of the internal and external talent landscape, so we can ensure we have the right skills, in the right locations, at the right cost, and at the right time. Job Overview : - Strong business and financial acumen. - Perform analyses and interpretation/evaluation of workforce information (internal and external) to deliver data driven insights and/or strategic recommendations - Drive competitive intelligence research (job postings, SEC filings, data mining etc) and analysis for a range of skills. - Oversee data collection, and provides superior analyses and interpretation/evaluation of workforce metrics - Experience with analyzing large data sets. - Identify research, tools, and analyses required to achieve objectives for large, complex strategic workforce initiatives - Very strong verbal and written communication skills, including negotiation, presentation, executive messaging and influence. - Draft and present executive level deliverables and strategic recommendations. - Extensive experience with data analysis Minimum Requirements : - 5-7 years of total experience: - High preference for MBA or advanced university degree in business. - 10+ years of experience leading projects and initiatives in strategy, management consulting, business operations, or financial planning, in a workforce planning or strategic HR role preferred - 5+ years of work experience in business planning and strategy at a Global/Corporate/Function Level, or in a top-tier management consulting firm. - Highly proficient with Microsoft Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint)
