Chief of Staff to President, Qualcomm India - Manager Biz Dev

Reports to: President, Qualcomm India

Role:

- We're looking for a self-motivated, highly strategic, analytical, and execution-focused Chief of Staff to work directly with President of Qualcomm India.

- Drive operational efficiency, driving key priorities, and enabling data-driven decision-making across our India business.

- Thrive in high-impact environments, are comfortable working with senior stakeholders, and are excited about applying AI and analytics to optimize decision-making.

- Ability to lead via influencing people

Key Responsibilities:

- Strategic Planning & Execution: Partner with the President to drive strategic initiatives across business, partnerships, and internal operations.

- AI-Powered Analytics: Use AI tools and data platforms to deliver insights that inform faster, better decisions. Build dashboards and reports that track key performance indicators.

- Operational Excellence: Identify bottlenecks and streamline processes to improve productivity across teams.

- Decision Support: Prepare briefing documents, business cases, and insights to help leadership make high-impact decisions.

- Cross-functional Leadership: Liaise with product, business, legal, finance, and HR teams to ensure alignment with India goals.

- Communications: Draft internal updates, presentations, and executive communication with clarity and tone aligned to the President's vision.

- Special Projects: Own and drive mission-critical projects from idea to execution.

What We're Looking For:

- 5-10 years of experience in consulting, tech, analytics, strategy, or Chief of Staff-type roles

- Experience working with or reporting to senior executives

- Strong business acumen with deep comfort in data analytics and emerging AI tools

- Structured thinker, excellent communicator, bias toward action

- Self-starter with high EQ, discretion, and attention to detail

- Experience in the tech ecosystem (semiconductors, wireless, applications, or mobility preferred)

- BS in Engineering and MBA preferred

- Must be able to travel domestically and internationally
