Job Title : TRM Analyst

Job Responsibilities :

- Provide compensation support for annual cycle, run varied

- Support compensation benchmarking for India

- Support compensation team with market benchmarking, job code requests and other analytical requests

- Submit compensation surveys to external survey partners

- Participate in salary survey submissions to collect and analyze competitive salary information

- Run ad-hoc analysis/compensation related reports to aid decision making

- Lead the administration of various benefits programs like Car Lease Program, Wireless Device Subsidy, Health Club Reimbursement and Insurance programs

- Interact and liaison with our vendors to develop and manage various wellness events, including communication, managing logistics and execution

- Responsible for the day-to-day administration of onsite clinics and their adequate utilization

- Advise process/ tool/ program improvements

- Support activities related to vendor management including contract renewals, extensions, etc.

Job requirements :

- 1-2 year experience in the domain compensation and benefits

- Need basic conceptual understanding of compensation and benefits programs

- Proficient in MS Office applications like Excel, Power point and Word

- Ability to work with large sets of data

- Strong analytical skills, with good eye for detail and a strong focus on accuracy
