Role Overview:

QnQ Pharmacy, a unit of QnQ Healthcare Pvt Ltd, is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Franchise Manager to spearhead our expansion efforts across Tamil Nadu. This is a crucial role that requires a strategic thinker with a strong business development acumen and a deep understanding of franchise models. You will be responsible for identifying, attracting, and onboarding franchise investors, presenting our compelling business model, negotiating franchise agreements, and ensuring the long-term success of our franchise network.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead Generation: Proactively identify and generate leads for potential franchise investors through networking, market research, and industry events.

- Investor Engagement: Conduct thorough presentations of the QnQ Pharmacy business model, highlighting its value proposition and potential for growth.

- Relationship Building: Build and maintain strong relationships with potential investors, understanding their needs and addressing their concerns.

- Franchise Agreement Negotiation: Negotiate and finalize franchise agreements, ensuring alignment with company policies and legal requirements.

- Onboarding Process: Manage the entire onboarding process for new franchisees, ensuring a smooth and efficient transition.

- Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, collaborative relationships with existing franchisees, acting as their primary point of contact.

- Performance Monitoring: Monitor franchisee performance, providing guidance and support to ensure adherence to operational standards and achievement of business goals.

- Training & Support: Facilitate training programs and provide ongoing support to franchisees on operational procedures, marketing strategies, and customer service.

- Compliance & Standards: Ensure franchisees adhere to all company policies, procedures, and quality standards.

- Problem Resolution: Address and resolve any issues or concerns raised by franchisees in a timely and professional manner.

- Market Research: Conduct thorough market research to identify potential franchise locations and assess market trends.

- Expansion Strategy: Develop and implement strategic franchise expansion plans, identifying key target areas within Tamil Nadu.

- Competitive Analysis: Analyze competitor activities and market dynamics to identify opportunities and threats.

- Reporting & Analysis: Prepare regular reports on franchise performance, market trends, and expansion progress.

- Extensive Travel: Travel extensively across Tamil Nadu to meet with potential and existing franchisees, conduct site visits, and attend industry events.

- Industry Networking: Build and maintain a strong network of industry contacts, including real estate professionals, business consultants, and potential investors.

Qualifications & Skills:

- Experience: 3-7 years of proven experience in franchise development, business development, or investor relations, preferably in the retail or healthcare sector.

- Franchise Knowledge: In-depth understanding of various franchise models (FICO, FOFO, FOCO, COCO) and retail business operations.

- Negotiation Skills: Exceptional negotiation, persuasion, and communication skills, with a proven ability to close deals.

- Business Acumen: Strong business acumen and analytical skills, with the ability to analyze market trends and develop strategic plans.

- Relationship Management: Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills.

- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Tamil.

- Networking: Established industry connections and a strong network of contacts are preferred.

- Travel: Willingness to travel extensively across Tamil Nadu is essential.

- Education: A master's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field is preferred.
