- Certifications for Branch offices.

- Coordination, Management & Implementation of ISO 9001:2008 and ISO 27001:2013 certification

- Conduct IQA & Information Security Audits for support groups

- Consultation to various Process Teams in understanding and implementing Internal Quality Tools and Techniques.

- Coordination, Preparation and Release of monthly/Quarterly audit plan

- Prepare monthly risk report and present it to Sr. Leadership

- Preparing and publishing weekly/monthly dashboard

- Present project metrics in Project Review Meeting (PRM) / Senior Management Review (SMR)

- Follow-up/assisting the project team in the closure of internal/surveillance audit findings.

- Conduct organization wide training on ISO, Risk Management, and Information Security compliance requirements

- Coordination with external consultants for audit plan.

- Documentation of Internal Process, Manual, Policy updates for ISO processes.
