Team Leader (Loans & Real Estate)

Job Overview: As the Loans & Real estate Team Lead Sales, you will be responsible for leading a team of sales representatives, recruiting and training field sales executives, and selling financial products, including loans.

You will provide leadership, guidance, and support to your team members to achieve sales targets and deliver outstanding customer service.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales management, excellent communication skills, and a passion for helping clients meet their financial needs.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead and manage a team of sales representatives to achieve loan sales targets and KPIs.

- Recruit, onboard, and train field sales executives to expand the sales team and reach new markets.

- Sell various financial products, including loans, to prospective clients, providing them with tailored solutions to meet their needs.

- Develop and implement sales strategies to maximise revenue and profitability.

- Set clear sales objectives and performance expectations for team members and monitor their progress.

- Provide ongoing coaching, training, and development to team members to enhance their sales skills and product knowledge.

- Foster a positive and collaborative team environment that encourages creativity, innovation, and continuous improvement.

- Handle escalated customer inquiries and complaints in a professional and timely manner.

- Collaborate with other departments, such as underwriting and customer service, to ensure a seamless customer experience.

- Prepare regular reports on team performance, sales metrics, and market trends for management review.

- Stay up-to-date on industry developments, competitors, and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree/Master's Degree in business administration, finance, or a related field (preferred).

- Minimum of 4 to 5 years of experience in sales, with a proven track record of achieving sales targets.

- Previous experience in team leadership, management, or supervision is required.

- Demonstrated experience in recruiting, onboarding, and building a high-performing sales team.

- Strong understanding of financial products, including loans, and lending processes.

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to motivate and inspire team members to achieve their full potential.

- Results-oriented with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service.
