Key Responsibilities:
- Talent Strategy Development: Design and implement effective talent acquisition strategies aligned with company goals, ensuring a strong pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future needs.
- Full-Cycle Recruitment: Lead the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, interviewing, selection, and onboarding for a diverse range of positions.
- Sourcing & Networking: Leverage social media, industry contacts, online databases, and other resources to identify and engage high-potential candidates.
- Build partnerships with universities, associations, and recruitment agencies.
- Employer Branding: Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and promote an employer brand that reflects our culture, values, and growth opportunities, making Qi Ventures a destination workplace.
- Candidate Experience: Ensure a positive, consistent, and professional candidate experience throughout all recruitment stages, fostering enthusiasm and engagement.
- Recruitment Analytics: Track, analyze, and report on recruitment metrics, such as time to hire, cost per hire, and sourcing effectiveness, to continuously improve the hiring process.
- Team Leadership & Development: Mentor and support a small team of recruiters, providing guidance on best practices, market trends, and innovative sourcing strategies.
Qualifications:
- Educational Background: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Experience: 2-5 years of experience in talent acquisition.
Skills:
- Proven expertise in sourcing, screening, interviewing, and candidate evaluation.
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HR software.
- Strong networking abilities and a proactive approach to building relationships.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Analytical mindset to assess hiring data and refine strategies.
