QHSE Specialist - Industrial Business

Job Purpose:

- Responsible for QHSE and ISO implementation, adoption and adherence across the organization.

Responsibilities:

- Lead ISO documentation, procedures and audits.

- Develop QHSE and OHS policies and programs.

- Ensure mandatory QHSE requirements are adhered to across the organization including plant - maintain a clean and safe office and plant.

- Daily inspection of production processes and prepare process inspection reports.

- Comply with RAKEZ QHSE monthly and annual reports requirements - NOCs, chemical inventory reports, hazardous materials and LPG..

- Timely inspection of incoming and outgoing materials; prepare final inspection report.

- Timely inspection of incoming materials from third party shops prior to dispatch.

- Quality checks in process and dispatched items.

- Conduct daily tool box talks.

- Follow up quality issues with clients.

- Arranging third party testing for quality issues.

- Material inspections at customer or supplier factories.

- Obtain annual certifications for maintenance of equipment and instruments.

- Comply with all QHSE and ISO requirements.

- Comply with all Company policies and with the established guidelines.

- Other duties may be included in line with business needs.
