Role Description:

- This is a full-time on-site role as a Deputy Chief Operating Officer (Delivery & Operations) at Virinchi Ltd in Hakimpet, Hyderabad.

- As a Deputy Chief Operating Officer, you will oversee daily operations, drive strategic initiatives, and optimize business processes to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness.

Must Haves:.

- Proven experience in managing multiple projects & teams simultaneously in a medium-large Product company environment.

- Involved in delivery of end-to-end project lifecycle right from pre-sales to execution to implementation of Product/projects.

- Highly Process driven approach than people driven approach. Champion in process monitoring and hunger for constant process improvement.

- Quality Proven experience in Quality practices and strong track record of having QA ownership and implementing proven QA practices like Test Automation & Performance testing etc.

- Proven experience in Agile based development practices in large scale projects.

- 18+ years of overall experience with minimum 5+ years in leadership level roles in Delivery & Operations.

- Excellent Communication & articulation skills.

- Bird's eye view understanding of Infrastructure, High Level Architectural aspects and modern technology stack.

- Experience of managing 'scrum of scrums' meetings across broader scrum teams.

- Experience of leading 50+ delivery team size.

- Experience of driving product user/customer experience design discussions through the adoption of industry best UX practices.

- Must be willing to work out of Hakimpet office.

Desired:.

- Experience of working for/with US Clients and including direct communication and coordination for client CxOs.

- Experience or exposure to Revenue & billing and/or Account Management responsibilities.

- Strong Technical Knowhow with J2EE & Oracle combinations (in previous roles or early parts of career ).

- Experience of driving/leading any Digital Transformation initiatives in previous organizations.

- SAFE Agile or PMP certified.

- Exposure to any cloud solution architecture and/or managed multi-tenant SaaS based products.

- Experience in Fintech domain, especially, lending/finance space.

- Experience of managing/contributing to any process/delivery and operations related blogs/articles.
