Role Summary:
The role works closely with the management team to build people and process capabilities in the organization through various initiatives, quality programs, strategic projects and providing leadership to the team and various functions.
Education and Work Experience:
- Post-graduation with at least 8 years of experience with extensive and successful experience in the implementation and management of Quality Assurance systems.
- Well-developed technical and process skills, analysis and problem identification skills
- Excellent communication/interpersonal skills
- Proven capacity to lead, direct and motivate the team
- Highly developed reporting and presentation skills
