Qalara - Associate Product Manager - Supply Chain

Qalara is looking for functional experts who can contribute to our Supply chain product deliverability in terms of logistics, freight consolidation, tax engine and the fulfilment process.

PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES

- As the Product owner, you will be responsible for building and scaling the entire supply chain for Qalara

- The scope of responsibility includes managing the warehousing, logistics (first mile, middle mile, and last mile), customs duties and taxes management products

- You will be responsible for designing the logistics product Roadmap, buyer experience and reliability of this system.

- It will also include building the supply chain from supplier locations, covering the quality inspection and, transit process, to Qalara central warehouses.

- Optimizing the entire fulfilment and warehousing operations to focus on minimizing any delays

- Optimizing logistics cost for our customers by building freight consolidation, OR processes and other solutions

EXPERIENCE / SKILLS FUNCTIONAL

- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related field

- 3+ years of professional experience

- Experience creating or designing supply chain products

- Ability to handle ambiguity and handle scenarios without interconnected nodes

- Ability to thrive in an environment that is tasked with providing data-driven decision support and business intelligence that is timely, accurate, and actionable.
