Manager - Business Development- (Enterprise Training Services)
About:
- Incumbent would be a part of QAI for its Workforce Development Division called QAI Global Institute (QGI).
- QGI offers to its global clients a vast range of Learning solutions and training services for skills of the future in areas of Agile, Devops, Design Thinking, Innovation Management, Project management and others.
- These offerings address competence development, assessments and provide professional IT certifications.
Responsibilities of the incumbent will be:
- Revenue generation through hunting new accounts and farming existing accounts
- Key Account Management of large accounts
- Acquiring a thorough understanding of key customer needs and requirements. Taking a consultative approach of identifying client requirements & providing suitable solutions
- Expanding the relationships with existing customers by continuously proposing solutions that meet their objectives
Qualifications and skills required:
- Preferably B. Tech/MBA with 4- 8 years of experience in selling trainings/ learning solutions/ certifications or assessments to Enterprises in IT, ITES, BFSI & Telecom industry.
- Strong communication & presentation skills
