QA/QC Manager - Civil/MEP & Infra

Purpose of the job

- Responsible for overall ownership, management and administration of the Quality department and associated activities governing quality management standards and systems, across all Civil, MEP & Infrastructure projects and locations.

- Responsible to develop a quality conscious culture within the Civil, MEP and infrastructure business and be the true face of its Quality philosophy.

- Responsible to ensure productivity targets, financial objectives & KPIs as set are achieved and that all Quality processes are running smoothly and promptly.

Key Responsibilities & Activities:

1. Responsible for development and execution of all Quality Assurance & Quality Control plans for all projects and business units within the Civil, MEP & Infrastructure division and in line with organizational strategy, international standards (ISO etc), statutory requirements

2. Responsible for all internal and external quality audit programs, remedial actions and non-conformity management, ensuring seamless documentation and knowledge sharing through Intelex and other management information systems

3. Responsible for deployment of resources & processes for investigations in cases of violation of quality standards and ensuring that gaps are resolved through appropriate corrective actions

4. Responsible for specific departmental financial objectives by preparing annual budget, scheduling expenditures, analysing variances, initiating corrective actions

5. Responsible for all individual and specific departmental productivity targets, KPIs and attainment thereof.

Educational - Bachelor's degree in the field of engineering (Civil, Mechanical, Electrical preferred)

Professional Certifications-Certification as a lead auditor with specialisation in Quality Management Systems, Six Sigma, ISO

Skills- A proven work experience as a Civil, MEP & Infrastructure - Manager QAQC

Experience- 10 yrs+
