Job Responsibilities:
The QAM's role is to supervise and maintain the installation, configuration and support of the organization's customer relationship management (CRM) software through best practices and management of a technical team. This person will analyze and resolve CRM program issues in a timely and accurate fashion as well as hold responsibility for monitoring data quality. The CRM Manager will also apply proven communication and problem-solving skills to guide and assist the user group on issues related to the design, development and deployment of CRM software critical to business operations
- Maintain the highest possible data quality in the firm’s Contact Relationship Management (CRM) system.
- Manage the firm's distribution of internal and external communications.
- Develop and disseminate training materials for users of the CRM system.
- Manage and develop the team responsible for the day-to-day operation of the CRM system. Meet with this team regularly to assess work processes and recommend changes to increase efficiency, accuracy and user acceptance.
- Liaise with the financial department and IT department team members responsible for the administrative functions of the CRM system to ensure technical issues are discovered and resolved appropriately.
- Ensure technical quality and efficiency of firm communications, both internally and externally. Manage the overall process and team members responsible for the communication platforms within the marketing department. Also collaborate with the graphics team to ensure that all technical aspects of deliverables meet industry best practices.
- Build and maintain relationships with key IT department members to ensure efficiency and seamless integration of the firm's technology platforms with the CRM system.
- Collaborate with other marketing managers within the corporate and regional departments to ensure efficiency and seamless internal customer service.
- Manage budget and expenditures relevant to role/department
