About our Client - Our client is a leading bulge bracket investment bank with one of the most profitable Investment Banking practices internationally. The last few years have seen a renewed focus on their Indian operations and they have been consistently rated as one of the top work places in the country. They are looking to expand their technology team in India and are looking for a pro active and capable individual to join their technology team.

Job Description - This role reports to a Vice President and will initially be a individual contributor role. Main responsibilities include:

- Define the road map and scope of the entire testing cycle for Investment Banking technology and applications.

- Creating and overseeing multiple cases for automated testing which cover all features of the applications.

- Plan for current and future resources required to carry out all the testing.

- Trouble shooting any problems or errors that come up during the entire test cycle.

- Participating actively in strategic projects aimed at improving the QA process.

The Successful Candidate - The successful applicant will have at least 7+ years of experience in investment banking technology in the quality assurance area. Functional knowledge of investment banking is strongly preferred. Strong scripting and SQL skills are also required. Ability to communicate accurately to various stakeholders at various degrees of technical knowledge is also compulsory.
