Role Description:

We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Export Project Manager to lead and manage our international projects. In this role, you will be responsible for the complete project lifecycle, from planning and execution to delivery, ensuring seamless coordination and client satisfaction. You will act as the primary point of contact for international clients, manage project timelines and budgets, and ensure compliance with all export regulations and logistics.

Key Responsibilities:

Project Management:

- Lead and manage the end-to-end project lifecycle for export projects, including planning, execution, monitoring, and closure.

- Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets, and track progress against established milestones.

- Coordinate with internal teams (design, manufacturing, logistics, etc.) and external vendors to ensure timely and efficient project delivery.

- Manage project risks and issues, and implement effective mitigation strategies.

- Prepare and present regular project status reports to stakeholders.

Export Logistics and Compliance:

- Oversee all aspects of export logistics, including transportation, customs clearance, and documentation.

- Ensure compliance with all relevant export regulations and international trade laws.

- Manage international shipping and delivery, ensuring timely and cost-effective transportation.

- Handle all necessary export documentation, including invoices, packing lists, and certificates of origin.

Client Relationship Management:

- Act as the primary point of contact for international clients, ensuring clear and consistent communication.

- Manage client expectations and ensure that project deliverables meet or exceed their requirements.

- Resolve any project-related issues and address client concerns in a timely and professional manner.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with international clients.

Budget and Financial Management:

- Develop and manage project budgets, ensuring cost-effectiveness and profitability.

- Track project expenses and ensure adherence to budget constraints.

- Prepare and submit financial reports related to export projects.

Quality Assurance:

- Ensure that all project deliverables meet the company's quality standards and client specifications.

- Implement quality control measures throughout the project lifecycle.

- Ensure that all exported goods meet the required quality standards of the destination country.

Qualifications:

Education: Master's degree in Business Administration, International Trade, Engineering, or a related field.

Experience:

- Proven experience as a Project Manager, preferably in export or international trade.

- Experience in the manufacturing or related industry is a plus.
