PXJOIT.COM is a portal to help Large IT companies to improve gender diversity in their annual fresher's intakes. The Portal also help IT companies to focus on recruiting process and not on logistics of visiting various colleges as PXJOIT.COM can provide candidates directly to the recruiting locations of IT companies.

The President heads the strategy and execution of day to day operation, primarily focused on building the demand pipeline for this startup with large IT companies in India.

Primary Responsibilities Include The Following Roles:

- Design and execute talent placement strategies and solutions that are aligned with the business strategy at the Customer Organization and support both current and future workforce requirements .

- Construct and implement next-generation talent placement strategy and delivery models for optimizing bid and proposal efforts and fulfilling executive placement needs.

- Partner with leaders across Human Resources and the business of the client organization to place external talent with the right skills at the right time, place and cost.

- Develop and execute project plans that support the completion of strategic and tactical talent placement initiatives. Identify and drive opportunities for operational enhancement in collaboration with client HR leaders.

- Be a driver and champion for innovation in talent placement and support and enable driving for results, learning agility, collaboration and engagement across the talent placement organization.

- Create meaningful mechanisms to measure impact, performance, value and return on investment for talent placement activities.

Ideal Candidate Background With:

- An ideal candidate would have experience of working in Recruiting in a large IT business organization.

- Qualification: MBA from IIM/TISS/XLRI in HR and 5+ years of related experience in building and leading high-performing talent acquisition teams.

- Ability to leverage the professional contacts to build the demand for the startup.
