- Process Excellence or PEX specialists with 10-15 years exp with BE from Top REC + MBA from Top Pedigree B Schools like IIMs/ISB/IITNITIE/SPJ or equivalent at Pune location

Candidate Profile should have

- Significant Project Management Experience

- Ability to work effectively in a matrixed organization

- PEX tools knowledge, preferably certified Black Belt or Master Black Belt, Lean /Six sigma experience

- Ability to coach improvement projects.

- Worked in key business transformation project as a team member or leader

- Demonstrated Analytical and Problem solving skills

- Experienced in managing multiple projects by using tools like process excellence training QMS,Kaizen ,preferably certified Black Belt or Master Black Belt, Lean /Six sigma experience etc
