We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced SaaS / SwaS product sales and marketing professional with 9-11 years of experience in Business Development and Account Management. The candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, and achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy to meet or exceed revenue targets
- Identify, qualify, and pursue new business opportunities within the target market and establish relationships with potential clients & key decision makers
- Conduct presentations and demonstrations to clients and prospects to showcase the features and benefits of the product / asset
- Manage entire sales life cycle from lead generation to closure of deals
- Work with existing clients to enable upsell
- Manage and maintain accurate sales records, including forecasts, pipelines, and client interactions. Generate insights using this data and modify the strategy, if required
- Attend industry events, conferences, and seminars
- Conduct market research to stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activities to drive focussed sales efforts
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product development, marketing to identify and prioritize new product features and enhancements
Qualifications and Skills:
- MBA (preferably in Sales / Marketing) from Tier I institute
- 9-11 years of experience in Business Development with 5+ years in selling SaaS/ SwaS assets / products (preferably reconciliation or transaction monitoring)
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets
- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills
- Strong negotiation and closing skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Willingness to travel as required
