Designation: Senior Associate/ Manager

Location: Mumbai, Pune

Experience: 5-10 years of progressive roles

Educational Qualification: BE, MBA

Travel Requirements: India as per project requirements

The candidate is expected to have specialization in Lending and Liabilities Transformation, Retail banking operations with a focus on Digital Transformation and MSME Banking.

The candidate would be responsible for:

1. Managing medium/large projects as part of digital transformation, performing as a business process & performance champion, Digital SME/Strategist within banking domain

2. Devising digital strategies for clients and ensuring alignment of business vision

3. Hands on experience in requirements gathering for functionalities related to retail banking systems and design and integration between core systems and front-end applications/third party tools /network systems

4. Demonstrated expertise and hands-on experience in EMI loan processes for operations and systems, particularly with LOS (Loan Origination System) and LMS (Loan Management System)

5. Manage the end-to-end lifecycle of LOS and LMS, including system implementation, customization, maintenance, and continuous improvement initiatives.

6. Proven track record of successfully managing various automation projects related to retail lending, including designing system flows, coordinating with IT departments and vendors on automation specifications, and conducting functional User Acceptance Tests (UATs).

7. Deep functional knowledge of loan disbursement, repayment, and loan servicing processes within the retail lending domain

8. Lead and oversee the strategic transformation of lending and liabilities processes to optimize efficiency, enhance customer experience, and drive digital innovation (including designing or oversee UI / UX)

9. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline retail banking operations and improve operational effectiveness, with a focus on digital integration and automation.

10. Specialization in IT Strategy, API Integration and Product management for large scale transformations

11. Lead the establishment as PMO for various transformational projects. Develop project plans, and timelines, ensuring adherence to project management practice and standards.

12. Engage with internal and external stakeholders, including business units, technology teams, vendors, and regulatory authorities, to drive alignment and collaboration on transformation initiatives.
