Our services:

PwC's FP&A practice spans the finance value chain from finance vision and strategy through FP&A operations. Our range of services include:

- Insights: Analyze the trends of Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), especially relating to financial metrics and monitor the KPIs.

- Business Transformation: Assisting the client in preparing strategic plans and annual budgets, performance management, interactive dashboarding, forecasting and financial modelling

- Finance Function Transformation: End to end FP&A transformation covering finance strategy, structure, people, process, technology and change aspects

- Decision Support: To advise the clients on how to improve performance, minimize risks and capture new opportunities by analyzing the forecasts and variances

- Special Projects: Driving special projects for clients ranging from M&A support, market research, capital allocation to multi-dimensional reporting and profitability analysis

- Efficiency: Efficiency in operating model (Shared Services Advisory, Outsourcing Advisory, SSC Build Operate Transfer) and efficiency in FP&A operations

- Technology/Digital: Systems and data management including advanced technologies such as Anaplan, Board, SAP Analytics Cloud and other EPM solutions, good to have

Roles and responsibilities :

The broad spectrum of roles and responsibilities will be :

- Client project delivery and management (as a project manager or a team member): project planning, solution design, execution, reporting, stakeholder management, issue/risk management, project financial management etc.

- Lead/Support in business development activities: Being an efficient business partner

- Lead/support in creation of new solutions or methodologies to drive FP&A process in an organization

- Lead/Support in creation of thought leading content and white papers

- Coach and mentor other team members (if People Manager responsibilities are applicable)

Desired skills / qualities :

- Proficiency in the workings of matured and emerging technology like Anaplan and Board will be an added advantage.

- Proficient in Data Storytelling

- Ability to convert complex data into actionable insights

- Ability to understand the business model, organization goals, objectives and strategy

- Client facing experience and ability to engage senior stakeholders. Ability to build and sustain relationships.

- Strong time management and multi-tasking skills

- Equally adept in being a team player and individual contributor

- Excellent communication - verbal, written, communication with impact & empathy

- Curiosity & ability to continuously learn, develop self & others through coaching

- Open minded attitude with ability to receive and give feedback

- Willingness to undertake a fair amount of business travel

- Good exposure to Indian market for both business development and engagement delivery
