Job Overview (L&D) :
- The incumbent will work with the client and project teams to support global engagements from India to design coursework focused on delivering innovative learning solutions.
- Job responsibilities mainly include activities driven towards delivering results - conduct analyses and develop insights, prepare work plans, support project lead, work directly with project teams and facilitate meetings to enable decision making, organize and write recommendations on client issues, and participate actively in new business development, thought leadership and firm building activities.
Position Requirements :
- Work in teams to support consulting projects relating to learning and development
- Work with cross-function teams to design a variety of instructional materials for traditional instructor-led courses, online programs, web-based learning aids and other programs as needed
- Develop and design SCORM compliant learning content and create videos / graphics for learning modules, maintaining the consistency, flexibility and sustainability of learning materials
- Write concise, creative and effective instructions including but not limited to storyboards / scripts, job-aids, instructor and participant guides and learning modules adhering to content development guidelines and ensuring compliance to standards, timelines and targets
Skills:
The candidate should:
- Have a thorough understanding of key concepts and principles related to learning theories and instructional design models
- Have knowledge and experience of Rapid Authoring Tools and Curriculum Design Principles
- Have strong business acumen, with ability to understand how business processes and decisions impact people and organization
- Have strong written and verbal communication, and presentation skills, with a high commitment to quality client service
- Be able to work and manage tasks in a fast-paced and high flexible environment
- Foster an efficient, innovative, and team-oriented work environment
Qualifications:
- Degree (any specialization)
- 2-3 years of relevant experience in delivering blended learning solutions
