JOB OVERVIEW
PwC - Treasury
The candidate will lead the strategy and execution of treasury activities across all the ACs managed/led by PwC U.S.
COMPETENCY OVERVIEW:
- Leading projects, developing and monitoring analytical models and tools to improve the efficiency of the Treasury team's firmwide mandates for the ACs with respect to liquidity forecasts to support optimal capital deployment, cash management, FX management.
- Thorough understanding of the entire cash management process and add value by recommending best-in-class cash management practices and controls.
- Driving policies & procedures, analytics, and reporting capabilities across functional areas.
- Participating in strategic initiatives, both for Senior Treasury and Finance Leadership
- Partnering with internal and external stakeholders to develop scalable processes for existing and upcoming business initiatives using technology and automation.
- Identifying and escalating problems and developing actionable solutions for challenging issues facing the organization.
- Communicating results to internal Treasury leaders, as well as cross functional stakeholders.
- A team player with ability to collaborate cross functionally.
- Ability to deliver results against aggressive time frames in challenging business environments with a focus on quality.
POSITION REQUIREMENTS:
Knowledge Preferred:
- Detail oriented
- Strong presentation skills
- FP&A, Accounting or Treasury experience
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Team orientated, a "can do" attitude and flexible approach.
- Enthusiasm for solving problems and working collaboratively.
- Work experience with mid-size to large companies preferred.
- Strong working knowledge of accounting and finance operations.
Skills Preferred - MS Office/SAP
Educational Background:
- Degree in accounting, business, finance, or related field strongly preferred
- B. Com/BBA/MBA/M. Com/CA (Inter)/CA/ICWA (Inter)/ICWA qualified or equivalent
