PwC - Consultant - Project Management

Job Description:

- 4 -5 years of project management experience in Agile software development using Scrum/Kanban

- Expertise in Jira/Confluence/ /Jira Advanced Roadmap/Jira Align

- Coach the team on Agile methodologies and making sure a Scrum team lives by the values and practices of Scrum

- Advanced knowledge of the software development life cycle and of several software development methodologies

- Develops trusted relationships with senior business stakeholders and SMEs to gather, understand, document and analyze business requirements and contributes to the identification of their future state and implementation requirements

- Maintaining the Sprint Artifacts - Velocity and Burndown Charts for the team.

- Able to identify impediments/obstacles and work with leadership team for the removal of impediments/obstacles in timely manner.

- Facilitate Agile Ceremonies: Daily stand up, Sprint Look Ahead, Sprint Planning, Sprint Review, sprint/feature demo, Sprint Retrospective meetings.
