Requirements :  - Should be well versed with the basic and advanced content designing, development tools and various training methodologies   - Minimum 5 years of experience in content development   - Should have Exposure to Instructional Designing models  - Should have created/ developed training materials for various levels of stakeholders across the organisation   - Ability to work with diverse set of professionals   - Ability to deliver training to the front-line staff, managerial and team leaders in the organisation   - Excellent communication, presentation and inter personal skills   Responsibilities :  - Develop training modules (process, product and behavioral) in different formats(print based, e-based, WBT/ CBT) for delivery across various platforms  - Conduct TOT (Training of Trainers) and other training's as and when required   - Leverage different modes of learning viz. classroom, LMS delivered learning, e-learning etc.   - Managing the delivery of training and program   Key Skills :   - Excellent communication skills   - Excellent Presentation skills   - Self-driven and positive attitude   - Ability to work in an fast-paced environment   - Knowledge about Instructional Design
